Imagine for a moment that the Universe really wants you to be happy, really wants to satisfy your every desire. What if that were true right now?  

Would you be ready to receive everything that you want?  Recently I asked myself these questions and I made an amazing discovery. While I said I was ready to have it all, when I looked, and felt deeper inside I found out that I was not.

There are places inside of me that are not used to feeling good. They are stuck in old programs where making do without, and longsuffering acceptance of lack is familiar and comfortable.

Wow! Was I ever happy to find these sneaky spots inside my self.  The great news is, now that I have discovered these stubborn spots that I have long outgrown I can update my system and change them. I can teach my cells to open. I can help my system learn how to receive more than ever before. I can build stamina for the joy filled experiences I want. And you can too!
