Three little words: Love Your Self! These are the most tossed around words in the metaphysical, psychological, personal growth world.  After over twenty years in private practice mentoring individuals and groups all over the world I can tell you this:

Most people haven’t a clue how to offer love to their own self.

These three words are seen as a good idea~  right along with Don’t Should on Your Self and Trust the Process. But what do these catch phrases really mean? And more importantly HOW do you apply them to your own life?

Until love is applied directly and expressed fully as genuine heart felt communications the concept of loving yourself has little value for your evolution.
